MIDLIFE TRANSITIONS: Peers and Support around Perimenopause and Menopause

When: Starting Wed April 16th @ 5:30-6:30pm ET for 5 weeks

Where: Virtual via Zoom

Cost: $147 for the series

Are you feeling frustrated, confused, and alone as you navigate the perimenopause and menopause transition? For so many people it’s a time where we start to say “I just don’t feel like myself anymore… and I’m not so sure I like it?”

And also: “Where do I fit in?”

And lastly: “What the heck is happening?”

We created this group for YOU because WE need it, too. An opportunity for a small group of individuals to come together, connect and create community as peers in the midlife transition. You are more than the symptoms you may be experiencing, and in this group we will discuss all of it, focusing especially on the topic of our changing bodies, minds and body grief.

This group is co-hosted by Amanda Mittman, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her), Registered Dietitian and owner of Happy Valley Nutrition, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Jamie Salacup, LMHC (she/her) who both have their feet firmly planted in perimenopause.
