Hi friends,

As I'm sure you've learned for yourself, healing your relationship with food and body doesn't really have an end date. We don't get a cap and gown and graduate from this work. This healing sh*t is LIFELONG (fortunately and unfortunately) and there are always new opportunities to deepen your healing.

And so we are excited to announce:

In addition to nutrition services, we are now offering 1:1 Yoga Therapy to our clients!

Our incredible dietitian, Cara D'Anello now also carries the title of Certified Yoga Therapist and she is currently offering 1:1 sessions virtually or in-person at our Amherst, MA office.
